My story

Before PulseTV, I wrote copy and picked products at Fusion Video, a catalog company. When it sold in 1995, I started PulseTV, writing and producing TV commercials for VHS titles like Riverdance, Stomp, and Robin Williams specials. As the dot-com boom pushed TV ad prices up, the business moved online and became PulseTV.com.

Somewhere along the way, GopherCentral started sending out an email newsletter of quick tips for around the house — sent out for over twenty years now. Genius House Hacks is where all of those years of hints finally get organized into one place you can actually search, instead of digging through old emails.

I'm stepping back from the day-to-day at PulseTV these days, but I'm still writing our newsletters, producing PulseTV's product videos, and writing the deal copy you'll see across them. Genius House Hacks is the next chapter of that same work.
